- Liability Waiver (Download and Sign)
- Terms & conditions (Download and Review)
- Certificate of Insurance Listing "Murrieta Music, its officers, employees, and agents" as additional insured.
Groove & Grub Food Truck Fest Documents
Murrieta (Food Vendors):
- City of Murrieta Business License (if you don't have one, click here)
- Current Riverside County Operators Agreement Form Mulligan (3/11/26-6/9/26
- Riverside County MFF or Annual TFF permit. If you don't have one, our TFF Fee is $100 (prepackaged) or $150 (prepared)
